Each building is equipped with an elevator, self-service coin laundry, and a community suite. Residents can buy television, internet, and telephone service from Comcast and Verizon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neighborhood&nbsp;amenities within walking distance&nbsp;include&nbsp;the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bearhillgolfclub.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bear Hill Golf Club<\/a>&nbsp;and the <a href=\"http:\/\/redstoneshoppingcenter.com\/directory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Redstone Shopping Center<\/a>.
